In 2020, at the 23rd Annual Convention of the Ontario Professional Fire Fighters Association, a resolution was made and adopted that the OPFFA obtain a permit for members to participate in the Toronto Pride Parade.  

This June, the OPFFA will join more than 200,000 marchers and 2.6 million spectators to celebrate diversity and inclusion.  
The OPFFA has obtained a permit which entitles 100 members to march in the parade on Sunday, 29th June 2025 at 2PM.
