On Sunday, October 4, 2026, Ontario’s fallen firefighters will be honoured for their bravery, heroism, and sacrifice at a special ceremony held at the Ontario Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial located on the southeast corner of Queens Park. The service will begin at 1:00 PM and is expected to last approximately one hour. The deadline to submit names is July 31, 2026.
Prior to submitting a name, please check the MASTER LIST before making your submission to ensure the name is not already engraved on the walls. This list includes all names currently engraved on the wall.
Once your form and letter are received, they will be reviewed by the committee.
If the submission is accepted, the family will receive an invitation in late summer to the Memorial at the address that you enter on the form below.
