On Sunday, October 4, 2026, Ontario’s fallen firefighters will be honoured for their bravery, heroism, and sacrifice at a special ceremony held at the Ontario Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial located on the southeast corner of Queens Park. The service will begin at 11:00 AM and is expected to last approximately one hour. The deadline to submit names is July 31, 2026.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
OPFFA has reserved a limited room block for Memorial attendees at the Hilton Toronto, located at 145 Richmond Street West, Toronto, ON M5H 2L2. The hotel is approximately an 18-minute walk from the Memorial site or 11 minutes by TTC (Line 1 – Queen’s Park Station).
Please note that availability is limited and rooms will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Guests are responsible for their own reservation and payment.
The room block will be available until September 3.

Prior to submitting a name, please check the MASTER LIST before making your submission to ensure the name is not already engraved on the walls. This list includes all names currently engraved on the wall.
Once your form and letter are received, they will be reviewed by the committee.
If the submission is accepted, the family will receive an invitation in late summer to the Memorial at the address that you enter on the form below.
